Algonquin Park Hiking and Canoeing at Travelling Chicken

*The event has already taken place on this date: Sat, 09/14/2019
The Muskoka area is famous for its natural beauty - lush forests, granite rocks, and clear lakes. We are going to explore Algonquin park, the oldest provincial park in Canada!

Please help us keep this calendar up to date! If this activity is sold out, canceled, or otherwise needs alteration, email mindy@kidsoutandabout.com so we can update it immediately. If you have a question about the activity itself, please contact the organization administrator listed below.

We will canoe for two hours on Canoe Lake (don't worry if you don't have any experience, lesson and life west is provided), hike two different trails, swim in the lake (you can jump off the cliffs at the small island) and we will try to spot some wildlife (we can ofter see beavers, moose, fox, chipmunks, wild turkey, turtle, squirels and sometimes black bear or wolf!)

Hiking in Algonquin Park:
There are so many trails to explore and wildlife to see! We can spend all day exploring the wilderness. It’s the perfect time of year to get lots of great moose pictures.
