Beginner Spanish 2 - Ages 5-8

We will introduce the two forms of the verb “to be” (ser and estar) and how and when to accurately use them. We will also learn the verbs “to go”, “to like” and “to have”. For students who are taking this class to only fulfill their own desire to learn Spanish, the enrichment option offers that experience.

Minimum Required Skills - Can introduce themselves and others - Can count from 1-20 - Talking about weather - Talking about days of the weeks - Talking about season -Talking about farm animals We will learn the Spanish the alphabet, telling time, the family, summer and winter vacations and activities, packing for trip.

For students who are also trying to fulfill a homeschool World Language requirement, the "for credit" option will fulfill this requirement in most states. Please contact me if your state has very specific requirements and I will let you know if I can fulfill them. For credit students will receive a syllabus, graded assignments and assessments and a certificate of completion with covered Standards of Learning and grades notated on the "back". If digital versions of these are not acceptable, please communicate that to me and I can snail mail them to you.
