Co-ed Self Defense - Pickering Museum Village

Learn how to protect yourself if ever in a "bad" situation. Participants will learn different skills such as assessing their surroundings, avoidance techniques, de-escalation, and basic fundamental self-defense to protect themselves in different potential types of attacks. You have the right to feel safe and our professional instructor will demonstrate just how to gain that confidence!
