The Space to Spoon exhibit is a hands-on experience, with stunning graphics and interactive elements for visitors of all ages. The science, technology, and innovation that transform satellite images into agricultural applications are showcased in a way that encourages informal science learning among school groups as well as general audiences. Space to Spoon demonstrates how space technology benefits Canadian farmers and sustainable agriculture. It also highlights the Canadian Space Agency’s Earth observation satellite, RADARSAT-2, and its cutting-edge successor, RADARSAT Constellation.
