ARTS AND CRAFTS TUESDAYS:
Get creative on Tuesdays at the museum for Arts and Crafts night! From leatherworking to decoupage and painting to pottery, each Tuesday evening is different. If crafts aren't your thing, visit the museum staff getting creative in the kitchen with a tasty treat you're sure to enjoy. You can even help make it if you like!

WORLD GAMES WEDNESDAYS:
Test your game skills at Scarborough Museum's World Games Wednesdays! From Carrom and Snakes & Ladders, to the historic Nine Men's Morris, the museum has a great selection for everyone to play. Want a bit more action? Check out the life sized Jenga and checkboard game. For those looking to get active, we'll have Croquet and a scavenger hunt to complete. After you're done playing be sure to try some delicious homemade Victorian Curry and wash it down with nice cold iced tea.

MUSIC THURSDAYS:
History is alive with the sound of music every Thursday at Scarborough Museum! We have a ukulele drop-in group for those who want to learn how to play an instrument. We provide the uke, and beginners are welcome in this judgement free space. Percussion instruments and a water xylophone add to the fun! And when you need to take a break, there will be fresh wood-fire baked scones and homemade jam.

TREATS FRIDAYS:
This is a special night at Scarborough Museum, because it’s all about food! Every Friday throughout the summer there's a delicious treat for everyone to sample. These historic recipes will be baked in traditional style in the museum’s wood burning stove or over a log house fire. Check out the museum’s gardens to see what is being harvested for these seasonal treats. Games and smelling challenges round out the evening.

DANCE SATURDAYS:
Every Saturday evening the museum will have a guest dance instructor who will get you moving to the beat! From Tinikling to Salsa, it doesn't matter if you've never danced before or you're a pro – all ages and levels are welcome! To help keep your energy up there will be tasty treat to sample from the museum's historic kitchens.

COTTAGE IN THE CITY SUNDAYS:
Get away from the craziness of the city… in the city! In the heart of beautiful Thomson Memorial Park, visit every Sunday to relax and enjoy yourself surrounded by nature. Try freshly churned ice cream, play cottage themed games including horseshoes, croquet and lawn darts just to name a few!
