Established by Elite Music Academy in 2005, the Toronto Music Camp (TMC) teaches kids how to work together as musicians while recording and performing the style music they love. A welcome escape from the isolation of private music lessons over the school year, kids come around the world to attend TMC to develop musicianship and have fun. Unlike other summer camps in Toronto, our groups are small so all campers receive the individualized attention they deserve while rehearsing with their band or troupe. Whether you register for rock, hip-hop, or musical theater, all our camps include daily recreation time and weekly workshops with special guests.
SUMMER ROCK CAMP V2.0
Experience the life of a rock star while getting individualized attention from Toronto’s top music instructors. Cover rock ‘n roll hits from any decade or subgenre or write an original song with your band. Interact with popular Canadian rockers at exclusive workshops. Perform in front of a packed audience at a cool venue. Star in a music video and become a YouTube or Instagram sensation! There’s no other summer music camp anywhere like this in Toronto! Ages 8-16. SUMMER HIP-HOP/R&B/RAP CAMP
Learn what it takes to be a hip-hop/r&b musician while rubbing elbows with some of Toronto’s coolest music coaches. Cover urban hits, past and present, or bust out your own rhymes and beats with your crew. Attend exclusive workshops and interact with professional musicians. Perform at a popular venue in front of a live audience. Star in a music video and become a social media sensation! No other summer music camp in Toronto is quite like this one! Ages 8-16. SUMMER MUSICAL THEATRE CAMP
Star in a Broadway musical this summer under the guidance of some of Toronto’s most seasoned Broadway professionals. Develop singing, acting, and dancing skills in a positive, team-building environment. Establish stage presence and gain confidence with your voice and body language. Every child gets a chance to shine under the spotlight in the final production. Ages 8-16. Location: The Beach.
