VISITOR SAFETY
The safety and well-being of our visitors, volunteers, and museum staff are our highest priority. While we are looking forward to welcoming you back, additional health and safety precautions are in place. We ask that visitors stay home if they have any symptoms of COVID-19 or are considered to be in a high risk category.
Before visiting, please use Ontario Health’s self-assessment tool available here.
All staff are required to wear a mask. We strongly encourage visitors to wear a non-medical mask or face covering if they are able, frequently wash or sanitize hands, and maintain physical distancing inside and outside of the museum and on tours. We thank our visitors in advance for complying with these new modifications.
We will limit the number of visitors in the museum and on guided tours. All visits to the museum must be pre-booked through Eventbrite. Timed ticketing is being used to manage the number of visitors to the museum.
For more information on our reopening health and safety protocols, please visit our website at www.torontorailwaymuseum.com/trm2018/2020/06/24/welcome-back/
