During the trial, girls grade 4-6 will experience our signature leadership and dance class that has transformed girls from the inside out.
What to expect:
- A supportive and non-judgmental environment to dance, express, and try new things.
- Fun warm-ups, a powerful mindset story, and a creative dance routine taught by dynamic instructors!
- No dance experience? No problem! Everyone is welcome.
This trial class will introduce our 10-Week Fall Program (September 24 - Nov 26) where girls will learn a high-energy dance routine while mastering important mindset skills, including:
- using positive self-talk
- stretching outside of your comfort zone
- honouring your uniqueness
- managing mistakes
