For the Zumba Fitness part, bring a carrier and join our easy-to-follow routines with your little one, or keep them in the car seat while you break a sweat. For the last 15 minutes, the focus is on the babies, with fun circle time, story time, and activities with musical instruments, parachutes, scarves, and other engaging props.
Our winter session at Windermere United Church is running every Thursday at 3:15 pm (except during March Break). We're starting this session on January 17, and the first class is on us -- that's right, come try it for FREE!
