Experience the evocative culture of Indigenous peoples of Canada in Adizokan, a dynamic and genre-bending collaboration conceived and directed by Sandra Laronde, founder and artistic director of Red Sky Performance. Originally premiered by the TSO, Adizokan blends vocals, dance, and video with electro-acoustic and orchestral music by Canadian composer Eliot Britton. A multi-sensory journey for all ages, Adizokan explores themes of identity, tradition, and the spiritual connections between Indigenous peoples and the natural world.
