PEERS (Program for the Education and Enrichment of Relational Skills) is a 12-week evidence-based social skills program for teens. Developed by Dr. Elizabeth Laugeson at UCLA, it is offered in a neuroaffirming, strengths-based way that respects how each teen connects. Research shows that neurodivergent teens, including those who are autistic or have ADHD, as well as teens who experience anxiety or social challenges, make meaningful progress through PEERS.

Great Lakes College of Toronto is accepting applications for our September intake starting August 31, 2026, with additional intakes available throughout the school year. Students can start or continue Grades 9–12 without having to wait until the next traditional school year.

Sunday, Feb 7, 11am at Roy Thomson Hall: Leap into the Year of the Goat with a Lunar New Year celebration for everyone! Experience the excitement of lion dances, festive melodies, and traditional and modern Asian instruments side by side with the orchestra, including a retelling of Prokofiev’s Peter and the Wolf reimagined with Asian instruments. Kids will discover how music brings people together across cultures to welcome luck, joy, and new beginnings in this “greatest of all time” concert!

Sunday, April 4, 1:30 PM & 4:00 PM at Roy Thomson Hall: Bestselling "The Da Vinci Code" author Dan Brown swaps secret messages for animal antics in this musical menagerie. Each creature, from buzzing bees to stampeding elephants, comes to life through the instruments of the orchestra. Families will see, hear, and feel every roar, flutter, and leap in this unforgettable musical adventure for all ages.
