The Fun & Fearless 5K is a community run/walk in Toronto focused on youth mental health, movement, and connection through physical activity. Taking place on May 9 at Coronation Park along the waterfront, the event is open to all ages and abilities, with participants encouraged to move at their own pace whether running, walking, or cheering.
Please note: check-in opens at 8:00AM, warm-ups begin at 9:30AM, and the 5K starts at 10:00AM. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for registration and preparation. Day-of registration will be available on site, with payment accepted via credit, debit, and Apple/Google Pay.
This is a celebration-style 5K designed to be welcoming and low-pressure, where finishing is the goal and everyone is included. Youth under 18 participate for free to help make the event as accessible as possible for families and students.
Participants can expect a fun and supportive atmosphere featuring a DJ, a photobooth, and community energy throughout the event space. The location is scenic and accessible, making it a great experience for both first-time participants and experienced runners and walkers.
The event is part of Team Unbreakable’s broader mission to support mental health through running-based programming in schools and communities. We provide structured program materials, training, and ongoing support to educators and community leaders running inclusive movement programs throughout the year.
