Bring out your artistic side with this hands-on family friendly program. Become an apprentice carriage painter - an important job in 1850s Pickering! Learn how to mix your own paint colours, make a stencil, and create your own piece of art to take home. Afterwards, explore all the interactive exhibits in the new Greenwood Blacksmith Shop! Fasten on a carriage wheel, try your hand at the bellows, and more! This program is perfect for families and is fun for all ages. Program is 45 minutes in length followed by time to explore the new exhibit.
This is a family-based program that is fun for all ages. One ticket is required for each person attending (not required for infants). Cost per person is $11.75 including tax. Please note, this is not a drop off program.
