PA Days at MOCA

Join us on Friday, January 16 to make the most of this PA Day with a hands-on personal time capsule workshop at MOCA! First, tour our current exhibition to get inspired. Jeff Wall Photographs 1984–2023 spans four decades of Wall’s works depicting seemingly everyday scenes. Engage with Canadian history through the lens of one of its most influential contemporary artists. Then, consider the present: create drawings, letters and collages that represent today, guided by MOCA’s Art Educators. Think about the events or milestones you would like to remember when you’re older. Then, seal it in an envelope to open in the future! Choose a date that your future self can open your personal time capsule when you can look back and remember more about early 2026. We invite children grades K–8, supervised by an adult, to drop by and join the fun!
