2-Day Christmas Tree Croquembouche Workshop!! In this 2-day workshop participants will learn all the tricks of the trade when it comes to French pastry and choux paste as they prepare an EPIC Christmas tree croquembouche perfect for a holiday party or to enjoy together as a family. On day 1 our chefs will guide the group as they prepare their choux paste, pipe their profiterole casings and their cook up 2 flavours of pastry cream. Day 2 is all about filling the profiteroles, colouring the cream puffs, preparing the caramel glue and assembling their epic creation. $90 for 2-day workshop

All of our workshops are conducted LIVE through Zoom and led by passionate and experienced chef instructors. These classes are hands-on, fun, and educational, and are a great way to build independence, self-sufficiency, and confidence!
