What our organization offers:
Ages for which our activities are most appropriate:
Founded in 1980, our school has established a reputation for excellence in student performance, ranging from 2-year olds reading to our Grade 6s regularly receiving scholarship offers from Toronto's top secondary private schools. We continue to expand our program to include course work and social benefits that prepare our students for tomorrow's world. We host model-UN for our grade 2s - 6s, have students as young as 3 learning to code, and develop entrepreneurial and journalism skills in students of all grade-levels. These are just a few of the benefits our program provides. We are often a good fit for gifted students that cease to find stimulation in regular schools and for students that thrive best with one-on-one teacher guidance made possible by our small class sizes. Our Vice Principal is a committee officer for Mensa Canada's Gifted Youth Society, and continues to develop curricula in the interest of "raising children's intelligence," the mission of our founder, Sidney Ledson, who was also a member of Mensa. The program, unlike others, does not differentiate between gifted and typical students; rather, all are treated equitably as capable in achieving feats of genius.
