This is more than an event — it's a movement. The WORK IT GIRL Summit is a powerful, one-of-a-kind experience designed to uplift, inspire, and LIGHT UP the brilliance in every girl.
Through dynamic speakers, performances, and hands-on interactive experiences, attendees dive into leadership, movement, and self-expression. Every moment is thoughtfully curated to help girls and their families step boldly into their most authentic, confident, and fully expressed selves.
Leave the day feeling seen, celebrated, and unstoppable — armed with leadership tools, bold strategies, and the courage to lead with heart, dream without limits, and dance fearlessly into your future.

What the Day Looks Like:
Welcome & Opening Energy Session – Introduction to the WORK IT Girl Mindset
Inspiring Speakers – Real stories about confidence and leadership
Movement & Expression Sessions – Dance and creative activities
Live Performances – Celebrating empowerment and the courage to LIGHT UP!
Connection Activities – Building friendships and community, celebrating every girl's voice
Who Should Attend:
• Girls ages 6–12 who want to grow their confidence
• Girls who enjoy music, dance, creativity, and self-expression
• Parents who want their daughters to develop leadership skills and are interested in personal growth
• Families seeking a positive and empowering community experience
Hosted at YWCA Toronto, an organization dedicated to improving the lives of women, girls and gender diverse people.
Spots are limited to ensure a meaningful and interactive experience for every girl.
Each ticket includes a WORK IT Girl swag bag.
