Lighthouse offers a wide array of full and half-day summer camps from June through August for young writers ages eight to 18.  Freehand School of Art |
Our summer camps are a chance for kids to immerse themselves in the world of visual art. Every Monday we create with clay so that it can be dried and fired in our kiln, the rest of the week we explore a variety of mediums within that week's theme. Media we work with includes acrylic paint, watercolour, printmaking, collage, polymer clay, plaster sculpture and more. We work on projects throughout the week and complete 4-5 projects in a half-day week and 8-10 projects in a full day week.
