ALPHA 2 Alternative is one of the TDSBs Alternative schools and is the ONLY one offering 100% self-directed education. This means that students pick what they learn, when they learn and how they learn. There is no fixed curriculum - students decide what their own curriculum will be. Students can follow their passions and direct their own learning. A2 does not give credits or an Ontario high school diploma (OSSD) but encourages its students to build a portfolio of learnting to take with them into their post-secondary education and work. The two pillars of our school are self-direction and community, so students and parents are all welcome at this open house. We have ongoing enrolment so you can apply to join A2 NOW if you are interested. Located inside Central Tech at 725 Bathurst St., 3rd floor, Rms 303 and 305. 5-7 PM on April 3rd. See you there!
