As the only online chess collective in the world for girls, we are tackling the gender gap in chess head-on by inspiring our students to discover and develop their inherent strengths.
Our community brings together students and women chess professionals from all over the world who have embraced their inner Girl Bosses, both in chess and life.
Girl Boss Chess is a virtual international organization, committed to empowering young girls through the sport of chess. We work to give them confidence in their abilities and in the value of their contributions, to help them break through the systemic gender barriers operating against them in society.
We offer chess to girls of all levels ages 4 years to adults.
