St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts

An important cultural landmark in Toronto, the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts opened its doors in 1970. The St. Lawrence Centre houses two auditoriums, the 868-seat Bluma Appel Theatre, and the 499-seat Jane Mallett Theatre. Resident organizations include the Canadian Stage Company, musicTORONTO, Toronto Masque Theatre, Opera in Concert, Hannaford Street Silver Band, and Toronto Operetta Theatre. The St. Lawrence Centre offers a full complement of rehearsal and meeting spaces, as well as technical, catering, and event management services.
