TIRF is a non-profit organization that uses rugby as a tool for social good, with aims to build community through rugby. Our non-contact, flag rugby curriculum is approved through the Rugby Canada's Rookie Rugby Curriculum. Our mission is to transform the lives of young people through rugby.
